The transaction breaks a local record on E New Haven Avenue in Downtown Melbourne for price per square footage at $386. This sale marks the third time Fischer and Oates have broken their own record on E New Haven Avenue. The record for price per square foot on the street was broken by the duo first when they represented the buyer and seller of La Vela Sale which is now Ember & Oak at a price per square foot of $317. After that they went on to sell Sue Ann’s Bakery for a price per square footage of $351 and have now sold Matt’s Casbah.
