Being a student sponsor through our 'Education Is Power' program isn’t about just donating school fees at an arm’s length. Student sponsors also get to connect with their sponsored students in Burkina Faso and Malawi in two exciting ways!

 1. As a student sponsor, you receive an annual personalized hand-written Thank You letter from your Power students at the end of the school year. These letters are filled with heart-warming anecdotes and highlights from the student’s school year. Letters are preceded by a unique student profile at the start of the school year that tells you more about your Power student(s). 2. We have also recently introduced a way for student sponsors to relay encouraging messages back to their Power students! Sponsors can pen a personal message, which is shared with their Power students during an annual ‘Day of Encouragement’ in both countries, where students receive printed translated messages for them to read, keep and cherish.
