** LONG APPRECIATION POST** Team 7.5 officially had their last practice together yesterday- the .5 🤳 to document a completed spring season! 👏 This team has been the most consistently hardest working one yet, and has been the most committed to always looking forward. Our spring semester is LOOONG… some going from January straight through to May, training 4+days a week. It’s a grind and the days are very long. The struggle of watching the team change with fhamily members leaving. The need to constantly train at a high level but without a concrete motivation like a game. The physical stress endured from constant training. This team was pushed to their limit, and then asked to find a new limit. But Team 7.5 has never once given up despite all the setbacks and lows, and they have remained relentlessly focused on what they can achieve together as a team, never once tearing down but instead motivating and drawing strength from each other when one needed it more.
