On day (17) as I started my required outside second workout… it was beautiful outside 🌅….10minutes in…a freakin’ Hurricane 💨🌊 this rain was violent—-it felt like I was getting beat up #nocap As I was about to retreat…I decided that the “rain” was NOT stronger than my “resolve.” I completed that workout a different man than the one who started it…believing that no storm is meant to make me STOP—-they are always meant to make me STRONG!
