Let me be H.O.T (humble, open, and transparent)—- this week last year I injured my ankle and didn’t get it seen for MONTHS.. (smh I know) 🤦🏾♂️
It got so bad that it started to affect my knee & it’s been a challenge to overcome this entire year. I’ve done therapy & rehab but I had to make the decision to progress EVEN THOUGH I felt pain…
Leg day is a weekly reminder to me that you can still progress even through pain. You’re stronger than you think💯
