I will never let my accomplishments, achievements, “anointing”or commas in an account keep me from being ACTIVE and fully APART of what has my kids attention! As we were getting off a water slide Bella points and says’ “Daddy let’s do this next… together!” It was at that moment I had to decide that the long line, the physical energy, and the imminent embarrassment was all worth being purposefully presents with my oldest daughter. This was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done…not just the surfing 🏄‍♂️🌊 but the conversation, confidence building, and courage I got to pour into my Princess while in the waiting line! One thing I’m learning in this season of life/parenthood : Being active gives you access!
