We cannot and will not be silent as people in our communities are suffering. Black Lives Matter. Racism and oppression are the antitheses of joy, freedom, comfort, safety, and life. We need to do better. We believe every person and every company - no matter how big or small - needs to commit to doing better. Because it will take every single voice, every single act, and every single commitment to enact real change. Change often starts at home. Today, we’re pledging $25K to naacp. We are also matching employee donations to black causes they are passionate about. But this is just one small step. There’s more to be done. As a company our first steps will also include listening to one another, especially the lived experiences of our #BIPOC colleagues and friends, and committing to do the work required to build a more just and equitable world.
