Sparkling Cucumber Fresca - 6 slices cucumber - slices of red bell pepper - 3/4 lemon juice - 2oz reposado tequila* - we used jaja - 3 dashes of bitters - 1/2 oz ginger agave (we muddled fresh ginger with agave) - Spindrift Cucumber - tajin rim Directions: Dip the rim of your glass in tajin then add ice, lemon juice, bitters, tequila, and ginger agave. Stir then top with Spindrift Cucumber and garnish with red pepper spears and cucumber rounds. (Skip the tequila for a sweet and spicy mocktail.)
