An appley & autumnal cocktail: the Jack Rose. Though this cocktail was *not* named after our favorite fated Titanic duo, it was popular in the Titanic era of the early 20th century. Its simple and delicious and we decided to float two apple slices in it in their honor.🍎🍎 Ingredients for 1: · 1 1/2 ounces AppleJack · 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice · 1/2 ounce simple syrup · 1/4 ounce Grenadine (we made our own with 2 parts pomegranate juice to 1 part sugar) Directions: Shake together lemon juice, Applejack, grenadine with ice until cold.
