Get ready to bike the Burg in style. This Saturday, January 21, hundreds of people in vintage attire will take to the streets on old school bikes for a four-mile loop through downtown as part of the St. Pete Shuffleboard Club’s 11th annual Tweed Ride. The annual favorite is a St. Pete staple, as the party kicks off with tea and scones at stpeteshuffle before the group ride through downtown (complete with police escort) followed by a sunset gala under the lights at the club. Tickets are available now for the Tweed Ride and Gala. More than 400 riders are expected this year, dressed in their best tweed or other vintage clothing, who will then enjoy live music and swing dancing, a catered meal from Heavy's, and beer from St. Pete favorite cyclebrewing.
