Good news for those who live or work around Gulfport – quick, convenient, and local coffee is on its way. theannexcoffeehouse is opening soon at 5133 Gulfport Blvd South, bringing drive-thru java to one of the neighborhood’s busier corridors. The new coffee shop promises “quick and delightful” coffee drinks, using locally roasted Kahwa coffee and espresso beans, as well as freshly-prepared snacks and goodies. While an opening date has yet to be announced, Annex had already begun hiring staff in early December, providing optimism for a grand opening perhaps in January (or sooner, if we’re lucky).
