The store had a ceremony to cut the cheese this morning, and portions of the black wax Auricchio provolone are on sale now. The un-brie-vable slab of cheesy goodness is an annual event at Mazzaro's that comes just in time for the holidays. The provolone itself is a rare delicacy, and supplies are sure to go fast.
