Led by a group of local college students, the new company coasttocoasthammockco is aiming to set a new record for the world's largest hammock hangout. Taking place on the stpetepier on Saturday, October 22 from 6-9 pm, the event is also part of the launch for their new 3-in-1 hammock design. Organizers are creating a "festival vibe" for the record setting evening, complete with tacos, drinks, ice cream, live music, and beautiful relaxation by the bay. Coast to Coast will have 130 hammock stands available for registration in their effort to break the current record of 125.
