Many of you have asked if you can make this baked yogurt breakfast/dessert in the Air Fryer. I have tested for you and the answer is YES you can. Bake at 350F for 8-9 minutes checking at 6 minute mark. Do a knife check to make sure it’s cooked thru. I’m going to be honest I trust my oven more than Air fryer and I like how it gets that soufflé look. Try it and let me know!
For 2 ramequins
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 large egg
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp sugar or other sweeteners
1 handful of blueberries
Lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preheat oven at 400F
In a bowl mix all ingredients except the fruit
Grease the ramequins
Add fruits and pour batter on each ramequin.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let it cool for 1 hour before serving it.
