Being exposed to all types of cuisines really opened my eyes to a whole new world of food. When the bellevuemarket started, I decided to join and sell my homemade biscotti. As this adventure took off, customers began asking for more of a variety of desserts. Eventually, cookies took over! In 2014, I opened my first storefront in Bellevue selling cookies.
