Over the past year, in partnership with faculty, a group of over 40 women at Tuck led an audit of the school's curriculum and case work, assessing gender, race, intersectionality, seniority, and industry representation. Now a formalized initiative, Tuck Next50 hopes to be a model among business schools in helping to build more diverse, equitable, and inclusive case work and course materials in #MBA classrooms. “We want Tuck to become a leader in helping all MBA students see themselves in the stories and business leaders they study and aspire to," says #TuckMBA Lindsay Cox T'22, co-chair of the Next50 Initiative.
