#TuckW50, the DivCo student co-chairs are highlighting three “Women of DivCo” this week, leading up to the official start of the conference on Friday! Today, we share one of the Tuck community’s most beloved members, Dia Draper, director of strategic initiatives. Dia was asked to share a moment she experienced at Tuck that illustrated the importance of diversity.

“I can think of several examples around the friction that occurs when people don’t have experience with folks different from them, or conversely when students of difference don’t see anyone who ‘looks’ like them or shares their lived experience.
