On Monday, Tuck sponsored “A Wider Lens”, an event that connected Dartmouth and Tuck students from first-generation, low income backgrounds and similar career interests. This event was first organized two years ago and was created to forge a strong community of similar backgrounds across dartmouthcollege, highlight the unique challenges this community faces in navigating post-graduate opportunities, and to widen the lens of the professional opportunities available. There were vibrant discussions in small group break outs and during the student panel, and great connections made—including both student body presidents meeting one another!
