Tuck consistently encourages an environment for reflection. Even before we embarked on our travels, we engaged in preparatory reflective activities specific to our GIX. We reflected on our cultural intelligence and set goals for how we will use our GIX to build this important leadership capability. In Argentina, we have interacted with local businesses, non-profits, government entities, and individuals and then participated in reflection sessions to synthesize what we have learned.
