Women elevating women. 🙌🏾 sistacirclebwit, founded by lexibspeaks, is a solidarity group dedicated to supporting the work of Black women in the technology (BWiT) industry from across the Diaspora. With a community of over 7,700 strong, we asked Lexi what inspired her to create this space for Black women using Facebook groups, what her top tips for growing a Facebook group are and for her words of wisdom for community leaders to best show up and serve their members.
