Since many years we closely work together with crossfit_schmiede based in Kassel. We supported them from there beginnings in 2011/12 and also moved with them from a 600m² area to the biggest training area in Hessen with believe it or not: a 2000m² playground that makes every CrossFitters heart beat faster! What we really like at their concept is that they combine CrossFit as well as functional fitness with physiotherapy. They have an in-house physiotherapy office physioschmiede which helps athletes to improve their high-performance and offers them an unmistakable opportunity to support them in case of injuries regenerate and reintegrate them into training.
