Whenever I’m at a competition I always try to stay off social media and just focus on myself, my mindset and just putting all my energy into preparation for the event. This past week at the JR isasurfing games I came away with my best results yet 7th in U18, 11th in U16 and team Canada with a top 10 finish. No ones ever satisfied with anything other then 1st but it feels really good to know that all the hard work is starting to pay off.
