She is earning her ABSN at UF🩺 "After I earned my bachelors in another field, I moved back home and started working as a medical assistant. I had a general idea of what I wanted. Once I got a feel for patient care and learned about the accelerated nursing program, I had the motivation and confidence to apply to the fast - track nursing program at UF. The program has taught me that’s it’s such a privilege to care for individuals during their most vulnerable times. We get the opportunity to offer support to patients and their families when they need it most. It is a very unique and rewarding field that I am honored to become a part of." 🧡
