#ChefLamon In 2018 I was invited to the pre-opening of the nomadvegas, so I got to spend a fun weekend in Las Vegas. I also went to the Nomad Restaurant’s friends and family dinner which was definitely one of the best nights of my life. The room was classic yet modern, luxurious yet not pretentious. As I sat and took a look around, I spotted wguidara walking towards my table! I am not the kind of person that goes and “bothers” his idols when he sees them, but one of the best in this industry was just feet away from me and I wasn’t going to miss that opportunity 🔝 . .
