It’s funny when you realize that you miss things that are not even necessarily positive in your life. Cooking is not only about developing a dish on a creative and artistic environment with the right amount of time (and resources) to work on it. Cooking is not only about those days when everything seems to work out and food is coming out delicious and hot and beautiful. I even dare to say that those moments of total control are fewer than those other moments when things are going south.
