These are some of my go-to meals I made WAY too often:
1. protein oats: traderjoes oats, protein yogurt, protein powder almond milk, purely_elizabeth granola
2. Cauliflower gnocchi: wholefoods cauliflower gnocchi, chicken sausage, raoshomemade sauce, Parmesan cheese, basil
3. hidden veggie smoothie: frozen cauliflower, ritual protein, frozen berries, kialanutrition greens, almond milk, top with berries
4. balanced salmon bowl: white rice, salmon, cucumber, shredded carrots, avocado, edamame, sirracha & mayo mix (also SO GOOD with seaweed)
5. sheet pan salad: lettuce, chicken, rice roasted veggies, dressing of choice
save this for when you are lacking in the meal inspo department… these taste as good as they look, and are even better for you!
