Happy #TeacherAppreciationWeek! We are so fortunate to work with amazing teachers every year through our #BuddyBison School Program, like those from Beacon Heights! Last week, 4th graders visited Jug Bay at Patuxent River Park for the estuary experience program! First, students boarded a pontoon boat for a river ecology tour where they spotted Great Blue Herons and turtles. Next, they donned waders to seine for fish and learned how to use a dichotomous key to identify their catch.
