13 beautiful miles in the new Altra Experience Flow. I think I definitely look fast in this shoe😜. Some of you reached out to ask me to give you an update on what I thought of the shoe. So here are my honest thoughts after running 13 miles in them. 1. This is a great shoe for those who have always wanted to try zero drop but finding the transition a little daunting. This shoe has a 4mm drop so it's a great way to make a slow transition to a zero drop. 2. Its really lightweight and running felt effortless 4. The perfect amount of cushioning for me, my run felt comfortable 5. Room in the toe box 6. I ordered my usual size and it was a perfect fit.
