Heartly House is offering a new support group for children ages 8-12. This is not a process-oriented group, but a structured group focusing on mindfulness education and practice. Participants will spend the hour learning about the benefits of mindfulness, how to incorporate it into their lives, and practicing mindfulness techniques in a safe and supportive environment.
