Marcus Ross (MaekawaMarcus) has loved architecture since he was a kid. However, when it was time to select a major at KU, he almost let the subject’s math- and science-heavy reputation scare him off. Ultimately, he decided he owed it to his younger self to give it a shot — and now he’s graduating with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture and a job at the largest architecture firm in Kansas.
