5’11 sophomore guard Elijah Bailey of New Mexico Junior College is a tough floor general who stood out this season in multiple areas while competing in one of the best Juco conferences. The Brooklyn, NY native transferred from LIU to lead the WJCAC in assist-to turnover ratio and rank second in both total assists (146) and total steals (49). Strong shooting ability and an elite vision. He’s dangerous when he’s creating for himself and his teammates.
