first person on, last person off. When there was a flight of stairs to deplane I wasn’t quite sure how I’d get down but thankfully they had this lift. I timed it and from the time people started getting off the plane, it took a total of one hour for me to get off the plane and be reunited with Scootz before going through customs. I alerted the airline about my disability and level of assistance needed when I booked my flight, so they were aware of my needs.
