Favorite Tricep exercises‼️🔥

Honestly there is a ton of tricep exercises that are effective at growing and strengthening them. Here are some of my personal favorites that I usually do!
‼️BB bench: 4x4 (RPE 7)(Close grip
‼️Tricep push down: 3x12 (keep shoulders over triceps and don’t swing elbows.)
‼️Underhand tricep push down: 3x12 (This is basically the same as the tricep push down just underhand. I tend to feel it more in the long head)
‼️Skull Crushers: 3x12 (I lost my clip for this video which suck cause this ones hard to explain. Take a single db and lay flat on the bench and press the db to an upright position. At the elbow bend to bring the db down to the side of your head and extend.
