She travels the world with our team so, if you ever want to meet her to find out about her role, just let us know. Andrea, from England, is the lead Performance Engineer on alexandersims’ M8Electro. They actually worked together at BMW and, when Simsy joined Mahindra, he brought her with him. It’s a high-pressure job - the difference between pole and last can be in a decision she makes and that requires intelligence and confidence.
