Strong legs, strong mind, strong BODY! Quad day is the best day! 🫵🏾 Coach Court’s #Quadday routine: 1. Elevated Front squat- allow your torso to stay upright, targeting the front of your upper legs targeting your quads. 2. KB Bulgarian Split squat. -quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Also, as a single-leg exercise, your core is forced to work in overdrive to maintain your balance. For more quadriceps focus, bring your feet closer to the bench and maintain an upright torso position during the split squat. Because now your knees travel forward more, there is more knee flexion. 3. Leg extensions - quads 4. Reverse Banded Sled pull- Walk backward slowly pulling the sled along a set length.
