What you’ll need:
Honey (we recommend wildflower or thyme honey)
Rose flavouring (1tsp)
Unsweetened Beetroot powder (1/2 tsp)
Dried rose petals (topping)
How to make it:
1) Mix 1 teaspoon of rose flavoring and 15 g of honey in the cup.
2) Pour 120 ml of milk into a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of unsweetened beetroot powder, and mix.
3) Pour milk into Aeroccino 4 and select latte macchiato mode to make frothed milk.
4) Extract double espresso Chiaro or Dolce into your cup.
5) Pour the frothed milk from your Aeroccino into the cup.
6) Top with dried rose petals.
