Felt good today had two lifts technically one with the team one on my own.

Bench clusters: 3x 3,3 (20 sec rest in between)
1/2 kneeling military press: 3x8
DB row: 3x12
Front to OH raises: 2x10
X band lat pull down: 2x30
Incline bench: 3x8
Underhand cable chest press: 3x10
Incline CG chest press: 3x10
Incline chest fly: 3x10
Tricep pull down: 3x12
Skull crushers: 3x12
Dips: 3x12
Ab roll outs with 5 sec pause: 3x10 Russian twist: 3x30
Tons of volume today so well deserved rest day tomorrow!
