•Flat bench DB fly: 4x8
• Skull crushers: 3x8
• Tricep push down: 3x8
• Lateral shoulder raise: 3x12-15
• Front shoulder raise: 3x12
• Concentration curl: 3x12
• Hammer curl: 3x10
