Stanley Andre Elkins, a lifelong resident of Trumbull, Ohio, began his legal journey after graduating from Warren Western Reserve High School, where he played football and baseball. He continued his education at Defiance Collegewhere he lettered in football and track, earning dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Elkins pursued his dream of becoming a lawyer at The The University of Akron School of Law, graduating in 1984 and being licensed in Ohio in 1985.
