At Baby Bundles, we are proud to partner with Mecklenburg County Government’s Case Management for High Risk Pregnancy Program. Case Management for High Risk Pregnancy (CMHRP) is a statewide program in North Carolina promoting healthy mothers and healthy babies. This program provides care management services for high risk women during pregnancy and for 2 months after delivery by a social worker or nurse. Referrals are made to this program to provide additional support during pregnancy. The work they do for women in our county and throughout NC is life saving and we couldn’t ask for better partners in them. This group from the CMHRP program volunteered earlier in February, getting involved in assembling the very bundles the mothers they serve will receive one day soon.
