I got crushed at crossfit this morning. This exercise is so simple but effective. Instead of going for a run, try 10 x 5 burpees with a jump in between (can be over anything). Go as fast as you can for each 5 and then have 15-30 seconds rest in between. The goal is to reduce the rest but keep up the pace. This takes under 10 minutes and will bring better results than 30mins of running!
