The foundation setup in Ben’s memory has already changed the lives of a lot of people both in and outside of the skateboarding world. I recently took a Suicide First Aid Lite course provided by the foundation, and found it really practical, down to earth and empowering. I think anyone could benefit from some sort of education around mental health, as there are very few people who are not touched by it at some point in their lives.
