Team dinner was amazing last night! The Talon Club served us a Thanksgiving style meal complete with smoked turkey provided by cougarcoisa and robpeterson2626. Thanks guys! We were also blessed to hear from Sunny Mahe, wife of Coach Reno Mahe. She is expecting baby #10 any day now, but was kind enough to come speak to us last minute. (Thank you sunnymahe 🙏🏽) Sunny was a Freshman All-American volleyball player for BYU and went on to train with the USA Olympic Volleyball Team. Sunny’s message was perfectly timed, considering that tonight is the last time our seniors will play on our home turf. She spoke about how the important lessons they’ve learned from football will continue to help them the rest of their lives, but more importantly, that the relationships and friendships they’ve developed on this team will last a lifetime!
