To make this cake, I used a boxed cake mix, which baked up perfectly in the Better Baker Food Bowl. In fact, this baking tin used just about all the batter from the cake mix so nothing was wasted. It baked up fluffy and just perfect with a depression in the center which was PERFECT for ice cream. . . Once the cake was cooled, I added ice cream, caramel, chocolate, and pecans to make this decadent dessert. Then, to enjoy it, I sliced it in portions which worked well for our family of 5.
