I can officially check off making homemade Gnocchi from my foodie bucket list. #AD Thanks to AlicesTable OnDemand Workshop, I learned everything I need to know to make the most authentic Italian meal ever!  . . When I say this was fun & easy--I mean it! I started this project and was done 30 minutes later! It was easy to follow Chef Janine and I loved her personality! While my gnocchi isn't all perfect, I caught on quickly to the knife method she shared to roll the cutest little gnocchi. . . This was one of my fave Alice's Table Workshops ever!
