Her ❤ for Mcdonalds Egg McMuffins made me suddenly need some...don't you hate when that happens? Me too! 🤣 . . But, since I don't eat until the afternoon, I wasn't able to indulge in a drive-through run. I had to settle for a semi-homemade version of this classic sandwich combo. . . We buttered and grilled English muffins, fried eggs, added Canadian Bacon & yellow American cheese to our brunch sandwiches. To really authenticate the experience, we cooked some hash browns as a side. I forgot how good these little combos were since it has been months! . .
