Melting Ice-cream Cake Pops ☀️ the perfect easy treat to make for a summer party or icecream social! This is also a really one fun to make with kids! Ingredients: -1 box vanilla cake, baked -1/2 cup vanilla frosting -pink chocolate melts -rainbow sprinkles -mini icecream cones 1. Combine the cake, frosting and sprinkles in a large bowl and mix until a dough has formed. (Add sprinkles at the end if using a hand mixer) 2. Scoop out small amounts and roll into balls. Allow them to set in the fridge until firm- about 1 hour. 3. Dip into melted chocolate, then place onto parchment paper- allowing the chocolate to drip at the bottom to look like melted icecream.
