This group ♥️. Only rising sophomores when we started our journey together. So much change was thrown at them all at once. How we play,how we train, how we lift, how we travel...it all changed. For three years I’ve challenged them on a daily basis...at times on an hourly basis! Each one of them without a shadow of a doubt are THE best versions of themselves. They bought in from the very first meeting and have elevated our program with their commitment, sacrifice and leadership. History will always look upon you fondly. You’ve left this program in a better place than when you got here. As for me, words just fall horribly short of how I feel about you. I’m so damn proud of each and every one of you. I’m grateful to be able to coach you. I’m eager to see you continue your success in life even if it means my sideline is abit further away. You are wonderfully talented athletes but even more than that you are exceptional humans. I will always be in your corner & you can always come home ...
