True beauty lies… both above and below the surface of the ocean?
Dry Tortugas National Park in Florida is arguably the most remote national park in the U.S., almost 70 miles off the coast of Key West. The 100-square-mile park is only accessible by boat or seaplane and is mostly open water. Its reefs, crystal clear waters, and historic Fort Jefferson have created a true destination for ocean lovers worldwide.
Because of its remote location, you won’t find most of the facilities you’d see in most national parks. The island is mostly open water with seven small islands, so you should pack something essential: an explorer’s spirit. We are proud to partner with PacificoBeer on the Pacifico Parks Less Traveled program to encourage everyone to experience and help protect all of America’s one-of-a-kind wild places for generations to come.
