Sealions swimming with kelp, ten different species of fish caught and almost 8 hours on the Pacific Ocean - a pretty good day if we do say so ourselves! Earlier this month, the Park Trust partnered with MarineSanctuaryfdn, NOAAFisheries, NOAA’s Office of National Marine Sanctuaries, and ReelGuppyOutdoors to get military families out into the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary. The 31 participants had a great day learning to fish for the first time and discovering the wildlife of the Sanctuary.
